High speed chip mounter
It is one of the most high-end SMT machine produced in Japan. It can produce PCB at maximum size of 630 * 800 um and a minimal size of 50 * 50 um with precision reaching 30 um. Its drop feed rate can be controlled within 0.03%.

Reflow
